In smart city development, the integration of advanced digital technologies often raises significant concerns about privacy and personal data protection. These challenges are especially pronounced in contexts involving real-time surveillance, location tracking, and algorithmic decision-making. To address these issues, Living Lab methodologies offer an innovative, citizen-centered framework that promotes co-creation and participatory governance.
